Cajun Shrimp Burgers with Spicy Remoulade

For the Remoulade

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let sit in the refrigerator to let the flavors mingle.
For the Shrimp Burgers

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until everything is combined. Scrape sides between pulses. The mixture should look well mixed with small visible pieces of shrimp.

Heat a skillet to medium. Place buttered Brioche buns in skillet until toasted golden brown. Set buns aside.

Increase skillet heat to medium-high and coat with oil. Spoon out mixture in to small piles and push flat with the back of the spoon to form a patty. Cook on each side 3-4 minutes until golden. You can also top the patty with a slice of cheese after flipping the patties.

Place Shrimp Patties on buns and top with a generous spoonful of Remoulade, lettuce, tomato, and whatever else suits your fancy.
