Paul’s Black Manhattan Cocktail
Description
The Black Manhattan is a flavorful twist on the classic cocktail. Paul puts a splash of Amarena or Luxardo cherry juice to make it super tasty!
Ingredients
- 2 oz Rye Whiskey
- 1 oz Averna amaro
- 2 tbsp Amarena or Luxardo cherry juice from the jar
- Amarena or Luxardo cherries (garnish)
Instructions

Add the rye whiskey, Averna, Luxardo, and cherry juice into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Alternatively combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake until well-chilled.

Strain into a chilled martini glass or serve over a large ice cube in an old fashioned glass.

Garnish with three cherries.
